WHEN CAVEAT DOES THE WORK
We fully understand client’s urgency, and we share it. It is true that the provision of all legal services do not demand always the same level of time but the delay in this provision, although correct, would render in many cases ineffective the service.
Our goal is to dedicate each service the time needed, providing with the client a response in time.
In this sense, our commitments are:
To attend the legal request within 24 working hours by a lawyer of the Firm.
If it is necessary to hold a first meeting with the client within 96 working hours.
To agree on a calendar of actions.
To coordinate a follow-up of the case with immediate information about the changes produced.
